Why don't I see any videos when I click the Videos tab?
If you do not see a video player, make sure you have the latest Flash plugin installed. You may also try a different browser like Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. They are available for download free of charge.
Why does the video stutter or stop?
If the video is jerky or does not play smoothly, try pausing the playback and waiting for the video to download completely (watch the download progress bar). Then click the play button to view. You may use the slider to the left to start the video from the beginning after download.
Can I save the video to my computer to view later?
The videos are viewable only through the online player and not downloadable. You may logon and view the videos any time and any where you can access the website.
How often will I see a new video?
New videos are released every weekday: Monday through Friday. The newest video will appear in the main window. Previous videos can be found in the Archived Videos section and can be viewed by clicking on the title at any time.
Can I share my login information with someone else?
Login is limited to one user. You may view the videos as often as you like. However, if your account shows unusually high activity such as from sharing access, your account may be suspended.
How do I change my account or login information?
Please email us with any requested changes. We will update your account and inform you of the change.
